At SeyonTex, we want our customers to receive their orders in good condition and as expected. This Return, Refund & Cancellation Policy explains the conditions under which products may be returned, replaced, or cancelled.
By placing an order through seyontex.co.in, you agree to the terms of this policy.
1. Return Period
Products may be eligible for return within 7 days from the date of delivery.
Any return request submitted after 7 days from delivery may not be accepted.
Customers must contact SeyonTex within the applicable 7-day period to initiate a return request.
2. Mandatory Video Proof
A clear and continuous unboxing video is required for return requests involving damaged, defective, incorrect, missing, or materially different products.
The video should:

Clearly show the unopened package before opening.

Show the shipping label/order details.

Show the complete unboxing process.

Clearly show the product received.

Clearly show the issue or damage, if any.

Be continuous and unedited.
Photos alone may not be considered sufficient proof where video proof is required.
SeyonTex reserves the right to review the submitted video and determine whether the return request meets the requirements of this policy.
3. Eligibility for Return
A return may be accepted where the product:

Is damaged or defective upon delivery.

Is the wrong product or item.

Has a significant issue that qualifies for return under this policy.
The product must be returned in its original condition, along with applicable packaging, tags, labels, and other items supplied with the order, unless the issue itself prevents this.
Products that have been used, washed, altered, damaged after delivery, or otherwise handled improperly may not be eligible for return.
4. Replacement Instead of Refund
For eligible returns, SeyonTex's primary resolution will be to provide a replacement with the same product.
A replacement will be subject to product availability.
A different product, colour, design, or variant will not be provided as a replacement unless expressly agreed by SeyonTex.
5. Refunds
SeyonTex generally provides replacement rather than monetary refunds for eligible return requests.
If the same product is unavailable and SeyonTex is unable to provide a replacement, the available resolution will be communicated to the customer based on the circumstances and applicable requirements.
Any refund approved by SeyonTex will be processed through the applicable payment method or refund process.
6. Return Shipping
Where a return is approved because the product was damaged, defective, incorrect, or otherwise eligible under this policy, SeyonTex will communicate the applicable return shipping procedure to the customer.
Customers should not independently ship a product back to SeyonTex without receiving return instructions from us.
Returns sent without prior approval may not be accepted.
7. Order Cancellation
Orders may be cancelled only before they have been shipped/dispatched, subject to SeyonTex's confirmation.
Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
If an eligible cancellation is approved before shipping, the applicable refund will be processed according to the payment method and applicable refund procedure.
8. Refusal or Rejection of Returns
SeyonTex reserves the right to reject a return request if:

The request is made after the 7-day return period.

Required video proof is not provided.

The submitted video does not clearly establish the claimed issue.

The product has been used, washed, altered, or damaged after delivery.

The product does not match the product originally delivered.

The product is returned without prior approval.

The final determination of eligibility will be made after reviewing the information and evidence provided.

10. Exchange for Change of Mind
Returns or replacements solely because of a change of mind, personal preference, colour preference, or incorrect selection by the customer are subject to SeyonTex's applicable return conditions and may not be accepted.
Customers are encouraged to review product details carefully before placing an order.
11. Product Variations
Textile products may have minor variations in colour, texture, weave, print placement, or appearance due to manufacturing processes, lighting, photography, and individual screen settings.
Minor variations that do not constitute a material defect may not qualify for return or replacement.
12. Changes to This Policy
SeyonTex may update this Return, Refund & Cancellation Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our business practices, products, services, or applicable requirements.
The updated policy will be published on this page with a revised effective date.
