International orders will be dispatched every Monday, subject to availability.

ORDER CANCELLATION

Orders can be cancelled only before they are shipped. Once an order has been shipped, cancellation is not allowed.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

We offer a 7-day return/exchange policy for eligible products.

Return/exchange requests must be raised within 7 days of delivery.

A clear, continuous unboxing video is mandatory for damaged, defective, or incorrect product claims.

The video must clearly show the package, shipping label, and product while opening the package.

Products must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and unaltered, with all original tags and packaging intact.

Return/exchange is subject to verification and approval by Seyon Tex.

Exchange is subject to product availability and is provided only once per order.

DISCLAIMER

Our sarees may have slight variations in colour, print, weave, texture, or minor thread pulls due to their handcrafted/handwoven nature. These are natural characteristics and are not considered defects.

Product colours may also appear slightly different due to lighting and individual device/screen settings. Minor colour variations will not qualify for return or exchange.

REFUND POLICY

Seyon Tex does not offer refunds for change of mind, incorrect selection, or minor colour variations.

For approved damaged, defective, or incorrect product claims, we will provide an exchange/replacement wherever possible. Any refund, if applicable, will be processed only after verification.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

Returns, exchanges, and refunds are not applicable to international orders.

Customers are responsible for any applicable customs duties, import taxes, and other destination-country charges.

CUSTOMISED / STITCHED ORDERS

Stitched, altered, customised, or personalised orders are not eligible for return, exchange, or refund.
